They are known for their top tier microphone systems, and audio solutions . Their systems are used in many world acclaimed artist studios. Even with the likes of Queen, notably Freddy Mercury. Whose home base studio based in Montreux Switzerland uses their system.

What equipment is included in the $250 PA System Rental package?

You get the Samson XP1000 system — 2 speakers (1000W), with stands, 2 wireless microphones, a built-in 10-channel mixer, and a receiver system. The speakers are Bluetooth-enabled, so you can stream music directly from your phone or laptop. Everything you need for a complete sound setup in one package. We also handle the setup for you and test everything before handing over to you.

Can I place these speakers outdoors? Is it weatherproof?

Yes, these speakers can be placed outdoors for your event. That said, the entire system(speakers, receiver, mixer, microphones) is not weatherproof. As such, please ensure that the system is sheltered from the elements and a solid ground is also provided so that the speaker stands have a solid base to stand on. You can also request for canvas from our team so that you can cover the sound system in the event of bad weather.

Do I need to hire a sound technician to operate the system?

No. Unlike most AV rental companies, our PA system is designed for self-service use. The Samson XP1000 is straightforward to operate — Our delivery team will guide you through using the system within 5 minutes with no technical experience. Just plug in, switch on, and you’re ready to go. This is also why our rental rates are lower than companies that might bundle a sound engineer into every package. Forgotten how to operate? If you require a sound technician, we do have that option available. Just check with our team and let us know your requirements. Do note he handles basic mixing such as handling background music, handling song selections but not DJing. Please also provide your own handphone or laptop for song selections.

How many people can the speakers cover?

The 2-speaker setup covers up to 600 people in an enclosed venue (like a function room or exhibition hall) and about 250 people in an open-air setting. If your venue is larger than that, you can add 2 Mackie Thump 210 speakers (1400W each) for $250 to create a 4-speaker system suitable for bigger outdoor events.

Can I rent just the speakers or just the microphones separately?

Yes. We offer three options: the full PA system (speakers + mics + mixer) at $250 for 1 day, speakers only (2 speakers with mixer, no microphones) at $200/day, or microphones only (2 wireless mics with receiver) at $150/day. This way you only pay for what you actually need.

Do you have wireless headset microphones for presenters or dance instructors?

Yes. You can choose between standard handheld wireless microphones or a wireless headset mic, which is ideal for presentations, fitness classes, dance lessons, or any situation where you need your hands free. Just let us know your preference when you enquire.

What brands of equipment do you use?

We use Samson Technologies and Mackie — both are established American audio brands. The Samson XP1000 is our main PA system our microphones, and the Mackie Thump 210 (1400W, 10-inch speakers) is our add-on for larger venues. We don’t use generic or unbranded equipment.

Is the rental rate cheaper for multi-day events? Do you offer hourly rates?

Yes. The listed prices are for single-day rental. Unfortunately we do not have hourly rates. If you need the equipment for multiple days — for example, a 3-day exhibition or a weekend event — we offer more affordable rates for longer durations. WhatsApp us with your dates and we’ll quote you accordingly.

Can I use the PA system together with your tentage rental for outdoor events?

Absolutely. Many of our clients rent the PA system together with our tentage, tables, and chairs for outdoor events like weddings, community gatherings, and launch events. We can deliver and set up everything together, which saves you the hassle of coordinating with multiple vendors. Saving you precious time, monies for delivery fees and better synchronisation.

How do I connect my phone or laptop to play music?

The Samson XP1000 speakers are Bluetooth-enabled. Simply pair your device like you would with any Bluetooth speaker — no cables or adapters needed. You can also connect via the mixer’s wired inputs if you prefer a cable connection. However, we do not provide these cables.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days before your event to ensure availability, especially on weekends. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when stock permits — just WhatsApp us and we’ll confirm availability.
