At Tentage Rental Singapore Pte Ltd, We pride ourselves in providing high quality and well maintained equipment for your event rental. To ensure that every customer gets the same level of condition of equipment. We have a clear policy regarding damaged or missing equipment during the rental period. This page is a guide on how we price our equipment and what you can expect if there are missing or damaged equipment upon return.
- Delivery Inspection: During the delivery of equipment. As per our Terms and Conditions found in the quotation. It is the client’s responsibility to check for any obvious damages and report to the sales team(Jonathan, Samuel Or Jia Hao). Reporting it to our delivery team is NOT a valid means of reporting. This report should include photos or videos which can be sent to our WhatsApp numbers.
- Client Responsibility: You are Responsible for the equipment which has been rented to you. Once our delivery team leaves. The client is responsible for the equipment until collection. If the equipment gets stolen under your care. It is considered as missing and the client will be responsible for the replacement charges
- Collection: Our equipment is inspected upon collection and again at our warehouse if inspection is not possible on site.
- Damage Assessment: We assess the damage/stain based on its original condition when delivered and impact on usability. Where repair is possible. repair fees, manpower labour or downtime of equipment may be charged based on the severity.
- Replacement Costs: The Client is liable for the full cost of replacement. An invoice will be sent with a 7 day payment term. All fees and charges are final. If the client wishes to retrieve the spoilt equipment. It will be done through a self collection at our warehouse location.

Generator, DB box and Wiring
As generators, DB boxes and wiring contain multiple components, require extensive manpower to fix them. It will be based on the components spoilt as well as the manpower required to fix them. For extensive damage where we are required to send the component to a specialist centre. The delivery fees and invoice from that company will be billed to the client as well.
